Service Type
What type of service do you need?
Or call us directly:
(813) 412-5186Because Oldsmar and the county draw on different water sources, mineral buildup in dishwashers and ice makers can differ from one side of the ZIP to the other, so the technician checks inlet screens and heating elements on the visit rather than guessing. East Lake Woodlands is gated; add the technician to the visitor list when you book, and note which entrance to use.

Houses, Apartments & Condos Across the Tampa Bay Area
R.E. Olds Park sits on the bay, Tampa Road runs through town, and the Lake Tarpon Outfall Canal crosses the ZIP. East Lake Woodlands, a gated golf community in unincorporated county, fills the north side. Oldsmar runs its own water system, which treats brackish groundwater by reverse osmosis, and the city is served by Tampa Electric rather than Duke Energy Florida. The unincorporated part of the ZIP is on county water.

After Helene in Country Club Estates
Helene's surge pushed more than three feet of water into homes in Oldsmar's Country Club Estates, and much of the low ground near the bay is in Zones A and B.
Garage freezers, washers and dryers were the first to go under. If yours were in the water, do not test them. Have the controls, motors, wiring and any gas valve inspected; a flooded gas valve gets replaced, not dried. If you run a portable generator, keep it outside away from doors and windows and plug the refrigerator into it with a heavy-duty cord, never through a wall outlet.
Two-Story Homes and Upstairs Laundry
Much of 34677 is subdivisions from the 1980s and 1990s, many two-story, plus townhouses, condos and some manufactured-home parks. Some homes put the laundry upstairs, and a washer on the second floor needs a sound drain pan and hoses that will not burst, since a leak there comes through the ceiling. Kitchens in the newer homes often have over-the-range microwaves and stainless refrigerators with ice makers.
