Houses, Apartments & Condos Across the Tampa Bay Area
Wiregrass Ranch fills the western side, with The Shops at Wiregrass, Wiregrass Ranch High School and the Orlando Health hospital campus. Meadow Pointe's villages line Meadow Pointe and Mansfield boulevards, and Country Walk, Fox Ridge and Ashley Pines fill in around them. Saddlebrook Resort and the New River ranchettes sit to the east. Wesley Chapel is not a city, so all of this is unincorporated Pasco County, with Pasco County Utilities water and power from Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative.

Meadow Pointe's Second-Generation Appliances
Many Meadow Pointe homes are now on their second or third set of appliances, and the original builder dishwashers and ranges that remain are well into their service life. That is where repair-or-replace advice matters. A dishwasher with a failed pump on a sound tub is usually worth fixing; one with a rusted-through tub is not. The technician will say which you have.
Kitchens here are nearly all electric, so glass-top elements, infinite switches and oven bake elements are the usual range repairs.
Townhomes and Upstairs Laundry
Townhomes and villas make up a real share of 33543, and two-story plans often put the laundry upstairs. A leaking washer in a townhome can reach a neighbor's unit, so shut the supply valves at the first sign of water and keep the drain pan clear.
Townhome laundry closets are often snug, and a dryer pushed hard against the wall crushes its duct. That one problem causes a lot of slow drying, overheating and tripped thermal fuses. Leave a few inches behind the dryer, use a short rigid or semi-rigid duct, and have the full vent run cleaned if the home is more than a few years old. For upstairs washers, check that the drain pan line actually leads somewhere; in some older villa plans it was capped or never connected, which defeats its purpose.
